LSN Holdings

1. Acceptance

By accessing lsnholdings.org or signing into the LSN Hub workspace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Service

LSN Holdings provides:

A public marketing surface at lsnholdings.org that describes our ventures and contact information
An invitation-only workspace platform (LSN Hub) used by employees, contractors and authorised clients to coordinate project work, HR, monitoring and deployments

Access to the workspace requires an invitation from an existing authorised user. Self-service signup is not available.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Access or attempt to access any account other than the one you were invited to
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the systems
Use the workspace to store data that you do not have the right to store
Share your credentials, or your session, with anyone — every account is personal

4. Intellectual property

The LSN Hub software, its design and any content produced by LSN Holdings are owned by LSN Holdings. Content you upload to the workspace (documents, comments, deliverables) remains yours; you grant LSN Holdings a non-exclusive licence to process and store it for the purpose of operating the workspace.

5. Privacy

Use of the services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and how we process it.

6. Termination

LSN Holdings may terminate or suspend a workspace account at any time if these terms are violated, with reasonable notice except in security-critical cases. You may close your account at any time via Settings → Data & Privacy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by French law, LSN Holdings disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
